Because they know how important your package is, they guarantee they will deliver your Special Delivery™ Next Day item before 1.00pm the next working day or they will refund your money.
This guarantee does not apply if:
• They were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item
• The delivery address is in an area of the UK where they do not guarantee next day delivery
• They do not guarantee the delivery time for items to an address for which a person has paid for our redirection services. The item will be forwarded to the new address using Special Delivery but the money back guarantee does not apply
Where they deliver
Use Special Delivery™ Next Day and they will guarantee delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day to 99%* of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but they still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm
Track your item online
When Royal Mail deliver your item they will collect a signature to confirm receipt. They then update their online Track & Trace system with details of the delivery time and date. They will also add an electronic copy of the signature taken, with their Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) service.
